At Maple Noir, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason your order doesn’t meet your expectations — including fit — we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the conditions below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided that items are:


  • New, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Returned with all original internal garment tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@maplenoir.com and include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Name of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • Clear photos of the item(s), showing the attached original tags

These photos help us verify eligibility and ensure a smooth return process.

We will review your request and respond within 48 hours with further instructions.

Important Return Instructions

Please do not return items to the address listed on the shipping label. This is not our return address and returns sent there cannot be refunded.

Always wait for return instructions from our customer support team before sending any items back.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return or exchange is initiated due to customer preference (e.g. size, fit, or change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item or damaged product), Maple Noir will cover the return shipping costs.

Please note that Maple Noir does not provide prepaid return labels.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned items and confirm they meet our return conditions, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.

For items with verified quality issues, we may offer a full or partial refund. Photo evidence may be required.

Refused Deliveries

If you no longer wish to receive your package, please do not refuse delivery. Refused shipments may not be eligible for a refund.

Instead, contact our customer support team and we will gladly assist you with the return process.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days after the return has been received and approved.
  • Refunds are processed via the original method of payment used at checkout.
  • Refund requests to alternative payment methods or accounts cannot be accommodated.
  • If you paid via PayPal, refunds are typically processed within 24 hours after approval.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is not due to a Maple Noir error (such as a quality issue, incorrect item, or damaged product), original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part, all applicable shipping costs will be refunded.

Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our return conditions (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original garment tags attached).
